Android Question Android.jar not found

Hello.
Do I need android-sdk to compile? I thought I only needed java-sdk.
I get the message

Generating R file. Error
W/asset ( 3196): Asset path C:\Android\android-sdk\platforms\android-22\android.jar is neither a directory nor file (type=1).
ERROR: Asset package include 'C:\Android\android-sdk\platforms\android-22\android.jar' not found.

Thank you. I've learnt I have lost the remote compilation with the license.

All weekend with a laptop in the middle of nowhere ( meaning expensive and narrow bandwidth)
