Android Question Android KitKat emulator?

hi guys... i just reinstalled everything on my DELL laptop...
so i also got the latest Android SDK... but i am having problems with the kitKat emulator...

why is it so slow?
is there any thing im missing? any tip? trick?... cz it takes ages to start...

heres my emulators config in the image... pls see incase something is wrong .. let me know

Or you can use the Genymotion or YouWave emulators - they are almost as fast as a real device and handy for doing testing during development - but ultimately a real device is best.

my mobile doesnt have KitKat... its running ICS... so then still possible?
