Do you get some error message when trying to open SDK Manager?
SDKManager.bat path is correct?
I suppose yes if it was working earlier, but just to be sure.

Do you get some error message when trying to open SDK Manager? - No error shows, nothing happens
SDKManager.bat path is correct? - Assume it is but even if I run SDKManager.bat on its own nothing happens

If you are sure that you are using the latest Android SDK + Resources supplied in the B4A installation guide, than I don't know what to check more.
Sorry.
As you were mentioning Android Studio in your OP, you need to use the specific Android SDK from installation guide for B4A.
Do not point to the Android SDK folder that you use for Android Studio.
If this was the case.
