Anybody knows a Software to build a Hotspot (like in hotels)

Anybody knows a Software to build a Hotspot (like in hotels) which let you get control over all users who are using the Hotspot to get charged by month, weeks, days, hours, whatever....

Or maybe it needs a special WIDI-Router which exposes such a feature.

If someone have any links and (if possible) prices for such software (or router) it would be great if you can share them for me...

I´m searching this for a friend of mine.

I think i will suggest this to him. Plus a few compatible Accesspoints. Thank you for your link... Zyxel was a good tip i think...
