Anyone has a human google reviewer's address mail?

My dev account "verification" is failing on the ID verification.... To me, it seems obvious what my issue is, but the IA that reviews this stuff doesn't seem to understand it the same way, and issues out a generic "Your ID verification failed" email without giving much detail about the reasons why...

Here's some background...
I created my account over 15 years ago, and at that time I lived in Portugal, had a Portuguese bank account and a Portuguese phone number.
Since then, I divorced, Changed Country and all the things that come with such changement...
So I no longer have a Portuguese address, bank account or phone number.
However, all of these are correctly entered and verified in my Google Dev Account.
My ID Doc is my Portuguese ID Card...
The IA claims my ID details do not match my account creation banking account details.... Of course not!
I have tried many resources, but getting nowhere!

Any help is appreciated!

Two years ago, I was fortunate enough to be able to explain my situation (similar to yours) to a human employee. She assured me that she understood the problem and would take care of it for me. Shortly thereafter, my apps were deleted and my account was closed. Everything was gone! Be aware that a human employee is no guarantee that your problem will actually be solved. Start making a backup today.

A friend had similar issue, he just updated his records, with the new details, and made sure his new address on the bank statement matches what he updated
I have all that updated, but, what I understand, they complain that my ID card does not match my banks country, which is true...
Is as to say, "we don't allow expats as developers, unless they naturalize themselves in the living country", which i do not have any intention to do.

that my ID card does not match my banks country,
So, in an European Union country which might recognise ID betwen, say, France, Portugal, Spain, Greece and so on, and allows one to open a bank account on that basis, grand old Google doesn't abide by that collective EU condition but wants a local country regulation to apply?

I know....that looks like a word salad sentence........

It looks like the US is going to drop dual citzenship.....maybe it doesn't want to rcognise it elsewhere....or work/resident permits....or......

So much more one could ask.....
