Android Question APK deployment and installation over wifi.

Hi,
Is there a way to deploy/update an app to a device over wifi without operator intervention.
I want to be able to deploy the app to a device by having its MAC or IP address from a central PC.
This is so when the users come to the office they can just leave the devices and I can update the app if needed without anyone having to respond on the device for permission. Currently running Android 6 on the devices.

The only way i know to install an app without operator/user intervention is to use ADB and USB-Debugging (Device must be connected by USB).
The best you can do is using B4A Bridge i guess. But even here the user must accept the install.
