Android Question Apk not working

Please help after releasing my apk setup after installation on my phone i get error unfortunately smis has stopped. unfortunatenaly when i try to upload my app to your platiform it is saying that the file is too big it is just 1.66 MBs

We can't really help you figure out what's going unless you provide us with some more information, maybe pieces of code, you can also check to see if there are any errors in the logs after it crashes, if you see that then copy the logs and paste them here, that will give us an idea of what may be happening.
