Android Question .apk padding

Hello dear forum members i am curios about white padding which occur around app icon how to change color of this padding or remove this padding.

I am using appicon.com they provide several icons with different
Pixels tried them all.

What i understand is android generate some default backgroud (padding) if background and foreground are not provided seprately. Can you suggest some tool for this work.
