Android Question App compat with firebase notification background crash, how to fix it?

Hi all forum b4x

I'm using the appcompat-menu-with-toolbar and firebase messagging receiver by code erel examples.
Using them separately all works well.
But if the app is in the background and there is a message and I click on the icon notification,
the app crashes.

If the app is open all works well.

It indicates that ACMenuItem object is not initialized but I do not know how to fix it

P.S All the code is copied from example, app-menu and firebase messagging.

My code is only two calls CallSubD elayed from service to main.

Thanks DonManfred. After the app start, press back button phone and send push message. I use b4J for send

     m = GetMenuItem(MenuTitle)
