iOS Question App download error

Hello,

I can create the bridge app and download it,
I can create release version of my app and download & run it
But everytime I build a debug version , the installation circle fillsup but at the end i get " this app could not be downloaded" Error.

This happens for all the apps currently. Debug versions can not be installed or downloaded. What may be the problem ?
