iOS Question App is not visible on the store

my app is designed for iPhone and iPad, but a friend of mine says it is not visible on the store to its iPad device wi-fi only (without 3G).
He has the latest iOS version.
Is it possible ?

It must not be possible. Maybe your friend's country is not listed in your distrbution countries ?

Sounds too strange to me too.
He is in Italy like me. He has installed the app on iPhone, but searching the same app from iPad he says he can't find it.
Maybe it's because is wifi only ?
I don't know what to say him. He has bought my app from iPhone and was expecting to use it on iPad too.
Note that before he has tested the app on iPad when I invited him on TestFlight.

Yes, should be http://itunes.com/apps/bmap4i

But he is just searching the app by name "bmap4i" I didn't tried to give him the link

Note that the app is listed only in Italy and Switzerland, I don't think you can see it

Edit: I've sent him the above link and when he clicks it he get "invalid address".
The link is ok on iPhone.
Investigating more, I have on iTunes connect all the possible screenshots except those for iPad-pro (iPad but not iPad-pro). Could be this the reason ?
He has iPad-mini.

I cannot test it as it is not available in the Israel app store.

I hope it is for the missing iPad-pro screenshot.
I have uploaded it now. As soon as the app is published I'll know if that is the cause and write here again.

I confirm that the problem was the missing screenshot for ipad-pro.
In Itunes-connect, the screenshot for Ipad is marked as required and that one for Ipad-Pro not.
But reading better both are mandatory to let the app be visible to ipad.
