Android Question App label problem: MultiDexApplication

For some reason, my apps are showing the following when you go into App Info (long press on the icon and choose app info).

androidx.multidex.MultiDexApplication



In the list of apps, it shows up correctly. I have #MultiDex: True. Any ideas about what causes this problem or how to fix it?
