Android Question App marked as virus but it's not

Good day everyone.
One of my private apps was marked by Google as a virus even though this app is only installed on my phone.
The app uses the SMS permission to read certain SMS on my phone and then sends it to my API when a user pays me via bank transfer.
I tried to submit it to Google as a false negative but I haven't heard anything back. The app keeps getting uninstalled from my phone automatically and sometimes, I am unable to install it from B4A.

Yes I know I can turn off Google Play Protect but I would prefer a way to clear the app once and for all.
Also, the app is not using a debug signing key.

Any advice?

Try opening the project and update the app, remove some functionalities until you spot the bug..

There isn't a bug in the app, I have been using it for over 6 months now but it seems like Google doesn't like private apps using the SMS READ PERMISSION anymore.
They seem to be removing apps like that from devices because they think it is bad.
