iOS Question app not in apple store

Hi all,
my customer doesn't want the app to be published on apple store, because the app is only used by employees.
How can i have a .ipa file with distribution certificate to give to the Customer?

With an enterprise developer account i can use their account and it is possible distriburte app without apple store... it's true?
