Android Question app not installed error

I have been using the b4a bridge all day while working on my program. Now I get an error "app not installed" when the app tries to install on the b4a bridge. I've restarted my laptop and the tablet both and still get the same thing. I has done fine all day until now. Any ideas? I have even tried using it on another network.

Sometimes you have to delete the app in the phone or you will get this kind of error.
Clean the project is a good idea too.

I didn't change the version number. I had uninstalled the version on the tablet to see if that would fix it and it didn't. A couple hours later I tried again and it worked. Not sure what was going one with it.
