I dont even know basic HTML well but am willing to learn and pay for having this app created.
It should be placed onto a Wordpress page.

How difficult is it to create an app as illustrated via below link:

Also, every visitor should be able to come back later and only see their own notes.
It is NOT a social wall, it is more a private note app.
Best if a database are created for each new visitor before they start ?

Or best to have separate apps for web / Android ?
