The uncertainly of app review and the amount of time it takes is why I stopped developing for iOS. Too much of a hassle.

have you wrote in your description "File Sharing"?

i think they just want to know what kind of files are shared and how it works.

if you do share files through your app just tell them how and what kind of files and if not just remove that text from the description.

File sharing can have many meanings and often it is related to piracy. So Apple probably just wants some more information to exclude that your app is not doing something which is not legal.
