"app" would like to find and connect to devices on your local network

Above question is displayed at start. How to disable this without library removal. I'm not connecting to any device but use webSockets and other functionts (web, ftp) to connect my servers.

I think it is related to connection with local build server.

The IDE connects to the app in debug mode. That is probably the reason.
