iOS Question Apple Terms and Conditions have changed -- then hangs

When testing subscriptions in TestFlight, It works OK but then I get a dialog which says apple conditions have changed and you must sign and agree to the new conditions. The choices are OK or cancel. Clicking OK I geta white screen with "Cannot Connect" and a retry button. Retrying does nothing. I am using the iStore library. I am guessing the library may be trying to connect to the wrong URL. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

maybe you have to sing on your apple account and agree to the new conditions
