Application Name - Different languages

Hi, please let me know if it is possible to use different application name, per language detected in the device (what the users see in their devuces) with B4A. For example,

Device Language: English. Application Name: Test
Device Language: Spanish. Application Name: Test Spanish

I have tried to create the strings.xml in the res/values and res/values-es folders but it does not work. Somehow when I compile with B4A these folderds are removed.
