Android Question Application Title

Hello when I open up my app its a black bar with the application title.
and my design view of the app start below that.
how can I remove that application title so its not visible when the app is open.
same bar in the top as this guy have in his guess my number.
I want my app and what I make in it is going all the way up to the top.

but the theme code fixed it.
