Android Question Arabic Number error

if device local system setting are Arabic i get this error when try to phrase string to int
java.lang.NumberFormatException: Invalid double: "٢٠"
note :every thing work fine if device system local are English ,so i think that the problem happens because returned no in Arabic format
any suggestion to solve this problem ,i need app to work on any language setting

This number is Hindi and not Arabic
