Are listview and scrollview the same in native android as in b4a ?

I do try to understand some things about how native android is programed and it seems I do not understand what is the echivalent of a listview in native android dictionary !

My questions would be: What is the echivalent of listview and scrollview in android dictionary or native android programing ?
Since all android studio prorgramers does not understand basic4android language maybe you could clear things out for me or give me some hints.
