Are there any libraries for Smart Card Reading?

Just want to find out if there are any libraries to use with USB PC/SC card readers to send and receive APDU commands to smart cards for Basic4Android development tool?

If not, any plans to implement?

There are google api for this (SmartcardAPI - seek-for-android - How to use the SmartCard API in Android - Secure Element Evaluation Kit for the Android platform - the 'SmartCard API' - Google Project Hosting), is it so difficult to implement it to b4a?
