there are many solutions for voip PBX also many built famous stable ones on asterisk , for example a library that can access freepbx to send a phone call and text message will be very useful tool. also now most ported on embedded linux like raspberry pi, banana-pi, etc..
also integrating web applications with voip directly to a local freepbx installed in office is way better than just tap to call features if we can put the customers in direct contact with office without needing to even make a conventional phone call and even a mealtime video chat.
