Android Question audio-latency

I use an android device record from microphone,and play on a PC in the same room(transfer with LAN),but get a delay about 500MS ,How to reduce it?

There are several possible causes. You need to find where the delay happens.

Now I need to reduce the time which get data from the microphone.

I use AudioRecord to get the data,but somebody say OpenSL is better than this,I don't know how to use OpenSL with B4A.
