Android Question Audio Over UDP

Hi i am trying to connect to an CAST Service they give me de URL, but response to connect over UDP to a service to get the audio, is the any LIB to do that, or anyone cant point me in the right direction.

I have this
http://66.128.53.117:9950

but streaming is in port 60000 UDP
