Wish Auto backup folders

Would be nice if auto backup keeps the files in separate folders. Basically following the same structure as the project (currently shared modules are not zipped in separate folder)

It is not practical to keep the structure. A project can be made of many different folders with all kinds of relations (absolute or relative).

I see what you are saying, but honestly it will be a great feature (I am not sure how complicated it is to implement, but in my opinion it's definitely worth it).
I ran into a situation where I had to use the full project backup to recover. Auto backup saved me big time (great feature). But I had to moves the files to the corresponding folders manually ( it wasn't that bad, but could have been easier)
