Auto transcription Video to Srt (subtitle) Files

hello, I'm looking for someone who can make automatic video transcription to subtitle (*.srt) with various languages. how it works like the website https://www.veed.io. but i just need auto generate subtitle files from video. if anyone can, how much does it cost? Thank you.

I never saw any Library which can extract audio as text from a Video.

Not in B4X and even not using a google search.

Sounds like it is not trivial/complicated wish.
