B4J Question Automatic Start And BackGround Running Icon

Hello,

in B4J, how can a Windows App to hide the running window and only shows an icon in tray bar when minimized (like microtorrent does for example)? Is there any command or form property to do this?
Additionally, is it possible to automatically start the B4J app when windows starts? I know that it's a register entry but is there any command in B4J to write this entry?

Create a package with the internal packager and put a shortcut to the exe file in the shortcuts folder.

I know that it's a register entry but is there any command in B4J to write this entry?
