Android Question Automatically confirm to using device

When a USB device is connecting to android device a pop-up confirmation to allow some application to use this device appeared. Is it possible to automatically make such confirmation if the requested application is already running?

There should be an option in this dialog to always use the app with the usb device. Do you see it?

It is a known issue that the option doesn't work properly on some devices.

Yes it is, but it does not work at least on two devices: Samsung Galaxy A5 and Infocus MT810t
