Android Question Automation error on B4A startup

Hi Guys,

Have an automation error when starting B4A. It will display splash , and the the following error comes up

Try running up in compatibility mode, with no luck

Any thoughts?

The error displayed is a Windows .NET v5 issue.
Something seems wrong with your Windows 10 installation.
Why are you running a 32-bit OS on an x64 processor?

Probably to make the best use of the limited 4GB of RAM.

Well, thanks for the replies. To MikeSW17, what kind of system is irrelevant (Is an old pc that I inherited from a friend, i you want to know).
You said is a .Net 5 issue. Can you be more specific as I can gather is a .net issue.
Agraham, you are quite right about the memory limitations.
So, still awaiting for a solution to it.

.NET yes, v5 probably not. the latest .NET Framework is 4.8.4300.0. You can find out what you have installed here.

AutomationPeer is part of WPF and has been in .NET Framework from v3.0. As .NET v5 has not yet been released into the wild and you have to download it yourself I doubt that he has .NET v5 installed.

Quite true, the version of .NET isn't relevant so long as 3 or higher.
I'm no expert on .NET, it's one of those things that comes with or is updated by, windows, or other software installs if it is needed.
Nevertheless, I suggest (re-)installing recent .NET components.

With a year of 2015 that Windows 10 installation looks seriously out of date. Here's mine

Make sure Windows is up to date and check the .NET version as I indicated above
