AVD creation problem

I had a computer problem and had to reinstall everything involving B4A. I have had a very difficult time doing this. I already have several published apps from before this and wish to be able to develop more.

My present problem is setting up a virtual device emulator for Android 2.2 which I selected as part of the Android SDK installation. When I enter a name for the emulator and specify a target, nothing I can do after that seems to enable the OK button.

How can I create an AVD? Help?

I guessed which device to select based upon the 480 X 800 hdpi resolution of my Galaxy S. The CPU/ANI option was disabled.
