Android Question block ProgressDialogShow

its possible block the ProgressDialogShow ?
when ProgressDialogShow is visible user cant click in the screen

in my app when ProgressDialogShow is visible user can click in any place and its close =(

its possible close automatic only when process is finish? user cant click
