One thing I'm not sure of is: If a developer (loosely describing myself) already has all the B4A files and folders placed in the proper folders from versions before, does he or she have to follow all the directions above in the #1 post here:

Earlier this past year or two, when I would upgrade I didn't worry about most of the directions for a new user. But I never was certain. I've never noticed anything written in the instructions saying if you already have setup B4A, upgrading is simply done by clicking the new version link, etc.
