Wish B4A 10.2 Manifest Editor targetSDKVersion 29

When we define a new project, the targetSDKVersion is set to 29.
The theme is: CreateResourceFromFile(Macro, Themes.LightTheme).

In older projects it's sometimes easier to clear completely the Manifest Editor and reload it to update everything.
After clearing the Manifest Editor and reloading it, it shows still targetSDKVersion = 28.
The theme is: CreateResourceFromFile(Macro, Themes.DarkTheme)

I see your point. It was previously difficult to update the default text, now with the new projects templates I'm directly changing the template. I will write to myself to update the default one in the next update.
