It also happens with previous versions
Add New Activity Module (Test)
then remove module (Test) to change from activity to Code
Tool Clean File Folder unused files
Add New Code Module (Test)
error
File alredy existe. Can not overwrite existing files.

This is how it is designed. It doesn't delete the module file. It only removes it from the project.

You need to manually delete it if you want to create a new module with the same name.
