Android Question B4A 7.30 and Android SDK

I have B4A 7.30 and I want to use it on a new computer. How to find "android.jar".
What SDK-tools have I to download and where can I load it.

Note that B4A Sdk Manager will not work perfectly with B4A v7.30.

If you don't want to update to B4A v8.0 then it might be better to find a link to the old Android SDK.
