As mentioned before on the 8.8 update, I have to return to 8.5 because 9.3 update will also not compile for me, by not finding the designer file '*.bal', but........
Did some experiments, and find this:
in the build-tools map, I did not have the 27.0.1 and the 28.0.3 maps.
Downloaded this maps with the SDK manager, simply copy them also on my second desktop on the right place, and every thing works perfect now!!!!
Can even work again with usb stick on both desks.
Deal this info, because I have seen other people with the same problems...
I almost give up updating B4a because of this troubles...
Now it works like charme again...
