Android Question B4A AVDManager - Error Exception when create AVD

I intent use a create AVD from AVDManager, and get error:

V3.2 sound like an OLD SDK Manager.
The one Delivered with B4A 8 has 3.25

This error happens on some computers. The reason is not really clear. Installing HAXM may solve it.

i resolved, my problem
i reinstall a new SDK, and work find.
