Android Question B4A AVDMANAGER

Hello everybody,
someone can explain to me why it is impossible for me to go beyond Android 9.0 with AVDManager anything above SDK / API 28 level systematically crashes my PC. I can only test with my Pixel4A 5G and it is up to date Android 12 API 31 ?

You can use Android Studios Emulator and use it with B4A.
Even with Api 31
