Android Question b4a-bridge problem now

I reset my galaxy s7(used to test the new developments).
Before everything worked perfectly.
Now the bridge b4a can no longer find the device.
The device has android 8.0.0
Ping from pc sees the device.

the device does nothing. I also tried to use it as a router wifi (always connected with the cable).
ping sees it. b4a-bridge no.
