I don't think this is actually a B4A Bridge bug, rather than something external, but I'm writing here to check if someone else is experiencing the same issue.
I have a development phone (Samsung A33) which is always on and always running B4A Bridge, to which I connect from my PC, both connected to the same WiFi network.
Once in a while (it happens several days apart), even if B4A is open and waiting for connection, the IDE connection fails.
If I turn off WiFi on the phone, and immediately back again, without doing anything else (no actions on B4A Bridge and/or firewalls) the connection succeeds and keeps working for the next few days.
It's not a huge problem, I'm just trying to understand if this may be an Android/Samsung/WiFi router issue or not.
