B4A doesn't connect with my tablet

I can plug my Android Samsung phone into my computer and debug very well with my phone.

However, when I plug in my Android tablet (Toshiba Excite 10), B4A never recognizes that a device is present. I have USB debugging enabled and I allow unknown sources.

Anybody have any ideas what I should try next?

Does your computer recognize the device? Have you tried changing the connection mode on your tablet? One of my devices only works in media mode for some reason

Yes my computer recognizes my tablet. I can move files between my computer and tablet. Also I have my tablet set to media mode

In media mode? I thought you should have it explicitly in debugging mode.

I was just recommending for him too try the different modes because on one of my devices the standard debug mode doesn't work, but media does
