Android Question B4A.EXE Trojan:Win32/Bearfoos.A!ml ?

Today Microsoft Defender blocked my B4A.exe file with this warning:

Any advice?

If it's a new B4A install, it can be a false positive, but if you have installed B4A a while ago and now it complains of a virus, the it's possible a sign that your system has indeed became infected.

I had checked the digital signature of B4A.exe, which was valid, so I wasn't too worried. The fact remains that Defender suddenly detected this Trojan (I should point out that I've had B4A installed for years).
