Android Question B4A instalation

Hi
I'm trying to install B4A on windows10 unsucessfully.
I've done the download and instalation of Jdk-8u181-windows-x64.exe and the android sdk (instaled on "C:\Android").
I've installed the b4a but when i press the SDK manager button on the Path Configuration i get the message "An error ocurred. System can't find the specified file". I've uninstalled everything and reinstalled but it keeps doing the same. Can you help me please? Thanks

Inside C:\Android there is only the tools-folder from the downloaded zip? Nothing more, right?

What about using the Menuentry to start the SDK Manager?

IDE -> Tools->SDK Manager

Thanks for your reply. It is correct: only exist the tools folder in C:\Android, and when i try Tools/SDK Manager i get the same error as before
