Android Question B4A Menu Bar with ellipsis?

Sorry to ask. I searched and tried many B4A menu bar schemas.
when reviewing this from Erel:

TitleBar MenuItem

Dear All using Activity.AddMenuItem3 i can add an icon to title bar is there a way to remove or disable icon from Title Bar programatically ?

the menu items only show 3 of 5 menu items when mi.AddToBar=true.
How does one perform a Parent/child selection for menu bars?
what replaces Activity.AddMenuItem?
greatly appreciate any example!

I was using an older phone....
loaded it on a newer phone and now i see the 3 ellipses!
now to try sub-menus!
