Android Question B4A multi-directional scrolling

I have some working B4A code that allows me to scroll a panel in either a vertical or horizontal direction.
I put my finger on the screen and drag left or right and lift my finger, replace it and drag up or down.

I have seen another application of a panel scrolling in all directions by putting your finger on the screen and dragging wherever you want.

Is this possible in B4A or does it need to be programmed in JAVA?
I have been unable to find any coding examples of how to achieve this.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you want.
But you may have a look at the ScrollView2D library.

Thanks for those ideas. I have looked at the DraggableView and ScrollView2D library examples and both seem to do what I want but in different ways.
I am going to investigate both further and hopefully one of them will be successfully applied.
