Greetings.
At the risk of repeating the obvious, PRINTING is a core feature for many applications. Android recognized this a while back and responded with Cloud Print. Many printer manufacturers, specially HP and Samsung followed suit. Google in Android v4.4 formalized the Printing framework and enhanced it in v5. Their intent is to provide a PC Windows like environment for printing.
I think it would be very valuable and extremely desirable to most B4A developers, if the next release of B4A would include a Print Library for Cloud ready printers that would include the new post v4.4 Print Framework and provide compatibility back to 4.0.
I have read about the print framework, but I am not a JAVA developer. I have also read the thread on this subject in the forum: http://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/android-printing-framework.38796/ - no help there either for me.
Thank you in advance for considering this request.
