Android Question B4A SDK Manager Error

I have javac.exe path set to c:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_151\bin\javac.exe
The android jar is here c:\Android-sdk\platforms\android-24\android.jar
I managed to create a new AVD: - 6in_Phone_Platform_24 (based on Android 7.0 (Nougat) Tag/ABI: default/x86)

When I start it, I get the following error:-

Please ensure Intel HAXM is properly installed and usable.

I am having so many problems getting this to run - I have followed the instructions, and yet there is something I must have missed.

Start with a real device connected with B4A-Bridge. It is simpler and faster.

Based on the error message HAXM is not running properly. If your computer CPU is an AMD CPU then it will not work. Otherwise you need to install HAXM. There is a link in AVD Manager.
